FairWeatherFan
http://411mania.com/wrestling/wwe-offering-unique-contracts-to-lock-in-uk-talent/ http://www.wrestlingnewssource.com/news/44096/SPOILERS-ITV-World-Of-Sport-Wrestling-Reboot-Results/ A return of World of Sport Wrestling with the backing of ITV could be a big deal. Stick the weekly show on ITV4 with the odd special on ITV1. Going by the 411mania story and looking at the talent used for the pilot. There could be some serious repercussions for ICW if this takes off.
Ira Gaines
Reading through this stuff, I don't really worry about ICW. WWE are already looking to work with indy promotions that do iPPVs and stuff, and are looking to let the guys continue to work their indie dates. So I think that the only lot who will see any real downside will be World of Sport.
FairWeatherFan
World of Sport airs on 31st December with a 2 hour show starting at 4pm. Suppose the problem for ICW could come in the loss of talent: Conflict in dates, not being on Fight Club as WoS will be chasing the same International TV deals, WoS as a PG product don't want their talent working ICW full stop. WoS talent costing more due to national TV exposure. Long term it could work out perfectly. WoS grows the casual wrestling audience that ICW can then tap into by being a distinct alternative. Ludo*1
A show starting at 4pm on ITV... I can just imagine the 'edge' its gonna have. Let's face it. It's gonna be cringe inducing.
FairWeatherFan
The edge of a butter knife. It can only be better than my first experience of British wrestling on L!ve TV
TheGreenMonster
Broken Matt made an appearance at Final Battle on Friday after the Young Bucks/Briscoe Brothers bout, possibly this could be part of a talent swap deal that will allow Ring of Honor wrestlers to work the TNA tag team Apocolypto challenge match this month with the Hardy's doing ROH shows in return.

Ira Gaines
Will Ospreay vs. Matt Riddle from PROGRESS Chapter 39 is something very special indeed. The whole show is actually excellent from top to bottom, but that match is fucking crazy.

DA Baracus
Currently watching Invasion. Jeff Hardy vs RVD for the Hardcore title was just on. What a match! Fucking brilliant! A forgotten classic and I've no idea how I forgot about it.

Ira Gaines
The top three matches on the PROGRESS card this weekend look phenomenal. Pete Dunne vs. Zack Sabre Jr. for the title. Jimmy Havoc vs. Marty Scurll in a No DQ for #1 contendership. Will Ospreay vs. Adam Cole. London Riots have been good for a brawl so them against The New Nation should be a good big clubber of a battle.
TheGreenMonster
Cody Rhodes revealed as the newest member of the Bullet Club in New Japan, there are rumours that Kenny Omega and Adam Cole will be on their way to the WWE in the next few months so its possible he is being brought in with the aim of making him leader of the group should they leave.

Christophe
Wouldn't be at all surprised, he's been absolute dynamite this year. His match with Ishii in RevPro Global Wars last month was MoTY level phenomenal -
