Jessie Rae

My wife met him at her work many years ago and he was wearing his full regalia. She asked him if he ever took his helmet off, and he said never in public as no one gets to see his face.

Wor verra ain Jessie Rae. I never understood the level of publicity he got in comparison to actual successful output.

I saw him twice at the Cuinzie Neuk in Kinghorn, his showmanship was brilliant, albeit to a backing track, who hasn't done it.

if he had stuck to what he was good at he would have had a great career, alas he fucked about and he is where he is.

Did the Scotland players apply for postal votes?

The joke made about the England players was that it was a waste of time.  They couldn't find the box let alone put a cross into it.

Supposedly made to a 100 year-old, handwritten recipe. No caffeine at least.

Im dropping the bairn at Edinburgh airport tomorrow morning and will probably need to take her into the terminal (probably 30 mins top).

Whats the best place to do this from without having to pay $1m?

I think you get 30 minutes free in the long stay car park. A bit of a walk (10 minutes) with a signed path at top end (north) of car park. Takes you to the tram stop and then along to main building.
