Irosshed and I was wrong
Yeah his interview basically says it's Kieran and 2 others who'll both be stripped Saturday and will train Friday.
Ro Sham Bo
Yes well done to Ian. I'm glad that playing the long game has paid off in his pursuit of Aberdeen's 9th choice left back. -
TxRover
We’ll need signings…as I see our depth chart (* injured, ^ out of position) Keeper: MacDonald/Thomson/McNeil (presumed signed)/Bow CB: Masson, Lang*, Brown^, Dick^ LB: Dick, Ngwenya, Young RB: Millen, Brown^ M: Brown, Stanton, Spencer*, Matthews* LM: Ross AM: Easton, Arnott CF: Gullan, Vaughan*, Mitchell^ LW: Zanatta, Mitchell, Coulson RW: Connolly To me, the signings should be 2 CB’s, with at least one able to cover RB. A striker is a luxury signing right now.

SirJimmyofNic
Is this Kieran lad any better than our own man Young, it'll be interesting to see who the other two are and what position they normally play in With whats gone on since January I'm not filled with confidence for the season ahead

The reality is he has more experience than Young, but hasn’t played as much at/above this level as Young. We’ll ask the Kelty faithful…. ”Was at least a 7/8 every game he played for us last season would take him back in a heartbeat ” Edited July 28, 2022 by TxRover

Ro Sham Bo
Kelty supporters also think Jamie Barjonas is a good player so I would take anything they say with a hefty pinch of salt.

What is abundantly clear from looking at that squad list/positions is the song for Scott Brown he’s here, he’s there, he’s every fucking where Scotty Brown,Scotty Brown!!! he is going to be a busy boy
Ding Dang Doo
Rovers fans really are a strange bunch. 3 weeks ago it was "we can't go into a season with Young as our left back" and now we've got folk moaning that he's not going to be starting ahead of a loanee.
Irosshed and I was wrong
I think it's pretty clear Young wouldn't get a game for either Kelty or Cove so I'd suggest yeah the loanee probably is a better player.

Graeme57
Young will be the next player to make money for the rovers when we transfer him to the old firm

Scary Bear
@Ro Sham Bo what are your thoughts for this season? Last season you suspected we’d be relegated, based on our signings, so I’d be interested to hear what you think about the preparation for this season and how we’ll fare.
