Chrisrush1471
Stanton looks good in the holding role, he's got all the attributes for it, but you can tell he just wants to be running at players
Beastie Russell
Ewan Murray is a great signing - won this league before and that what you want.

Raith Against The Machine
In what's not exactly a rave review of his abilities as a striker, Jamie Gullan has been shunted wide left. Smith up front with Vaughan.
SanStarko
This is like a training exercise now, defence against attack. We’re playing some really nice stuff but just can’t stick the ball in the net.

Chrisrush1471
Smith and Gullan have been a lot better in the second half, Mullin has disappeared. f**k knows why we aren't bringing aarnott or Mitchell on

Brashy's Boots
In other news, having the pre-pubescent singing section back in the home end is giving me a headache.
Irosshed and I was wrong
Not sure I want to think about a life where Sam Stanton doesn' t play in our midfield.

renton
We were certainly better in the second half, winning the ball higher and moving it forward quicker. Gullan unlucky with a couple of good hits as well.

pub car king
Hard going but right result, Albion Rovers looked well drilled and could have hurt us on the break.
basher brash
Just feel at times we are too tippy tappy and not direct enough I feel also at times Vaughan needs to look up and pass rather than shoot at sight when team mates are in a better position in front of goal, End of the day a mixture of decent goalkeeping and poor finishing made the game a lot more harder than it should have been . grumswall
Thought the Albion defence and 'keeper played very, very well tonight. The' keeper was motm for me. If gullan is playing, then he needs to played as a lf similar to how dunfermline played mccan on Saturday. He is not a penalty box striker. He has a good, powerful shot on him and is decent at running direct at players. Mullin getting motm for scoring the goal sums up our support. He hasn't done hellish much in the two games iv seen him play, but he scored a goal so gets motm. For the stick iv seen dabrowski getting from some people, he did what he needed to well tonight. Once we got the goal, there was no doubt we'd win. Bevan looked good for Albion and the defence and 'keeper as I already said. On to Kilmarnock where we will hopefully have a few more bodies available.
