I generally like a pretzel with a beer which coincidentally I am desperate need of as I was fucking arseholed lastnight Usually go with (and a beer ofc)

Swordfishtrombone
Tried Fishers In The City on Thistle Street in Edinburgh yesterday. The food was excellent and the set lunch menu is great value. Had the fish soup then Penang curry with prawns and coley and thai prawn crackers then creme brulee. Brilliant service as well.

Shandon Par
Must recommend sea buckthorn as an ingredient. Had it in a drink and in an amuse-bouche the other night. Native berry and tastes a bit like satsuma juice with loads of sea salt. With some apple juice in it is tastes and kicks like a maragarita (without the booze).
