Soya and linseed toast with mixed vegetable scrambled egg (mixed vegetables being 1/4 red pepper, 1/4 onion, 3 cherry tomatoes deseeded and chopped finely, and half a handful of frozen peas). I tried some paprika in there too but it didn't add much. A lovely breakfast overall though, peas and eggs go wonderfully together.

Was about to make a mixed bean, tomato and mustard tortilla wrap, but we've no beans left so it will have to be a less adventurous tuna and mustard effort.
