Shandon Par
Can't decide if it should be on this thread, PTTGOYN or Reasons to be Cheerful.. Had a night out in Edinburgh planned tonight with an old pal. Guaranteed messy. However.. I stopped drinking (day 6) so had to tell him we would be doing something healthy. The night out will now be a game of squash, possibly followed by a coffee. What have I become?

I can't decide whether to go to the mods or send an open invitation to convene at 12 Ruel Street. What's the upper class version of 12 Ruel St? Shandon Par
Back to the postcode wars and its EH11 rubbing salt into the bowling wounds with a late rainbow, superior to any EH6 Leithy rainbows:
Bobby Skidmarks
That's a better class of rainbow. It costs a little more to stay in EH11 but definitely worth it.

supermik
I'm going to a wedding next month. The wife has spent loads on a new dress, bag, shoes etc, etc. I have bought a brand new suit. Last time I bought a suit was about 30 years ago so thought I should push the boat out, really make a fashion statement befitting of my status in life. My new suit cost me the grand total of......... £16.20p.

supermik
Nah, at that price we both know that a picture is not going to end well. It might deflect from your shoes for a bit though.
Bobby Skidmarks
I guarantee your £16.20 suit will be a lot worse than Shandons Quality Street loafers.

Who cares if the undertaker whipped it off some bod before he went in the oven and couldn't flog it on Ebay? Bet you look sharp as a button.
