Got asked to go for pints over the weekend and didn't have other plans so thought I'd be as well. Had half an hour to kill last night in town so though a pint was called for. I've got one of those vaporiser things, but I find I'm using it not because I have an overwhelming urge for a cigarette, but for something to do. I gave up before and didn't really have too much bother doing it. Got a bit of an all day session coming up on Saturday which will be my final test. I was a 40-80 Marlboro a day lad. Got it down to 10 then quit totally about 10 years back. Sneak the odd roll up but have been instructed to quit 100% again by the forces who must be obeyed.
