kiddy
Paris-Nice finishing a stage and day early due to Coronavirus. Expecting all world tour events to be postponed or cancelled until middle of April. Got to be huge question marks over the Giro either being cancelled or postponed until later in the year Wi the Worlds & Olympics this year, where would it fit in? I think it will be scrapped. Personally, I think the Tour could be at risk too.

jaggyness
The Giro has been cancelled. Not yet it hasn't, the original 3 stages in Hungary have been. But I suspect it's only a matter of time until the inevitable happensEta done some more reading and now saying whole race postponed

printer
Started watching cycling documentaries on YouTube, including the famous "A Sunday in Helk" about the 1976 Paris-Roubaix. Decent one about the newish Motorola team doing Paris-Roubaix and IIRC Liege-Bastogne-Liege in 1991.Any other good recommendations?

The Armstrong lie and Icarus are worth a watch if you've not seen them and are in anyway interested in the doping scandals around cycling.
ark loyal
These behind the scenes from the last 4 editions of the Tour of Flanders are well worth a watch and a different perspective on the racing.

Strongly linked with Bahrain McLaren. If true Landa must be the unluckiest rider in the peloton Bahrain McLaren don't have a strong enough roster to support Froome in the Tour, especially if Cavendish has a couple of lead-out riders for the sprints. There are nine flat stages so there will plenty of opportunities for the sprinters. Its squad has lots of sprinters and is more suited to classics and individual stage wins in GTs. I'm not convinced that Bahrain McLaren can compete in both the Giro and the Tour. The best line-up would be Froome, Landa, Poels, Teuns, Cavendish, Bauhaus, Cobrelli plus another climber or domestique.

That the proposed Tour/Giro/Vuelta calendar makes it an easier move, if it happens. Landa would have to pick one of the lesser two, this year. Though this story, Froome moving, appears to have come off the back of an interview Bernal gave Contador, with Eurosport. In it he said that he wouldn't be sacrificing himself for the other two Ineos riders & that 'the road would decide'. https://www.cyclingnews.com/news/egan-bernal-i-wont-sacrifice-myself-for-froome-and-thomas-at-tour-de-france/
