Steve McQueen
Froome too good today. In cycling that normally means is too good to be true.
peasy23
I'm a cracked fucking record here. Unbelievable. In every sense. "I'm lost for words, that was unbelievable!" Not me, that's what Froome said after the stage.
kiddy
Froome has just put himself in prime postion to control the rest of race, by putting the hurt on Quintana & turning it into an ITT. Contador finding out the Giro/Tour double is nigh on impossible. IMO, Nibali might be ill (he was sweating buckets halfway into the climb). with TjVG, finding out how short he is of being an elite rider. Excellent ride by Gesink, Yates & Gallopin. kiddy
"I'm lost for words, that was unbelievable!" Not me, that's what Froome said after the stage. What did Lemond have to say about it?
Musketeer Gripweed
Our only hope is Basso makes a full recovery and comes back and wins the Tour seven times like the last guy who got testicular cancer. What's that gif where the guy gets out his cinema seat in disgust? That was me watching Froome this afternoon.

Ashman
Pretty awesome by Froome. He should have in over by the time they leave the Pyrenees. The big issue then will be the questions. This will probably be the only real pursuit.
Mr. Brightside
I'm sorry, cause this wasn't obvious two years ago...?
Daydream
Be interesting to see how Sky cope today. They've got previous for 'failing' the day after completely dominating a stage. Any ideas why Sky are apparently so far ahead of other teams? Surely they're all preparing in a similar way and hitting the right power numbers in training. Was yesterday just a perfect stage for Froome and will the other top GC guys gain time elsewhere? Big G climbing better than Valverde
Desert Nomad
Thomas patting Valverde on the back was hilarious, then in his interview said he wanted to attack, but team orders were to mark TJVG!
honestly united
What needs to happen today is for all the other GC contenders to attack one at a time on the 2 big climbs, and as long as they are with Froome at the top of the 2nd they have a chance to take time off of him on the long descent from Tourmalet
Gogs Grog
You gotta love Dan Martin and the way he rides. Think he's doomed but never scared to attack. Hope he gets on the back of the break before the Tourmalet.
Gogs Grog
Chapeau Dan Martin. Great effort.
Gogs Grog
Majka takes the win from the break a bit of success for Saxo Tinkoff. Dan Martin second again. Froome does not looked in any discomfort throughout the day.
kerrdavidson95
I think I'm starting to get a bit hooked on the TdF now. Was listening to it in the car and I was getting quite enthralled by it all, and the highlights on Eurosport have just been watched too.
kiddy
Would you believe Richie Porte is 49 mins down on Froome!
kiddy
Bargill was lucky to avoid the coos today as well.

kiddy
Wonder if Nibali will bale before the weekend. The tank looks empty & I think he's carrying an illness.
