Bukowski
'The World is a Beautiful Place & I am No Longer Afraid to Die' and 'Empire! Empire! (I Was a Lonely Estate)' are playing the Classic Grand in April. Tickets are £7. Definitely would check them out if you're a fan of Emo or Indie Rock! I love Empire Empire recorded, but they were pretty horrific live on the last tour.

jamamafegan
Not really a gig but felt like a gig - was at the Madchester night in the Liquid Rooms in Edinburgh on Boxing Day. DJ was Clint Boon, the keyboard player for Inspiral Carpets. Tremendous night, nearly every tune made you want to stay on the dancefloor. A top top night.
CALDERON
Saw Big Country on Fri - superb. As close to how it was with Adamson as you could get. Much improved now Mike Peters has left.
Desert Nomad
Always try & get to something at Celtic Connections. Mogwai looks grand, but sadly missed out on tickets & bit of a hassle getting off work. Just booked tickets for Iain Copeland(of Peatbog Faeries fame) and Face the West at Oran Mor on Saturday 25th January, should be fab.
Believe The Hype
Glasvegas last night were super. I was also there at the old fruit market, cracking gig and met James Allan beforehand who was kind enough to pose for a pic with me and my mate. Nice venue as well, first time i've been in the place.

carpetmonster
Feck. Mogwai on April 29th, and never seen them live before (bought 10 Rapid 15 years ago, so longtime fan) , but Mrs will be VERY pregnant at that point - due date May 13th. Should I get tickets?
Bert Raccoon
I'll say 2-1 to Scroobius after extra time. Score draw. Enjoy. I'm gutted our re-arranged game was today otherwise I'd be there too. Still never seen them. Cheers. They were excellent but then again they always are. Must be one if the most consistent live acts going.
