paul-r-cfc
No Bluetooth devices connected? Nothing. Not even turned the Bluetooth on since I got the thing. Must be a problem with the cable because I'm getting video fine just no sound
weirdcal
Ok, so I got a nvidia shield k1. Works great but got a hdmi mini cable to hook it up to the TV. Picture comes up fine but nae sound. Settings don't seem to indicate anything. Any ideas? Check your sound output. It might be on headphones or something equally daft.
Boostin' Kev
Google Chrome isn't working for me just now although Firefox is fine. Best way I can describe is that when it launches the browser screen is dark grey, there's no toolbars at the top of the page and I get a couple of error messages at the bottom right hand saying that extensions have crashed. I've had a look around online but haven't come up with a solution. So far I've uninstalled/reinstalled twice, ran CCleaner and restarted a couple of times too. Any suggestions much appreciated.

Personally I would just stick to using Firefox anyway.
Boostin' Kev
Seems to scroll more smoothly for me just a hassle having to put all the usernames/passwords in again.

If you sign into Google you can have it store your passwords, so they're available on different PCs, or if you have to reinstall Chrome

Swarley
How do I do that Mr X?Open Chrome, go to Google, top right there will be a "log in" option. Log in then whenever you enter a user name /password Chrome will ask if you want it to remember it.

Elixir
Is it possible to uninstall/remove Windows 10 if it has already been pre-installed (i.e. not upgraded) on a new laptop/desktop? I'd much rather continue with Windows 7.

I'd much rather continue with Windows 7. If you upgraded from 7 then yes, you can roll back When we "go to Google", it always has my daughters name at the top right without having to log in. Does this mean that all the passwords are stored in her part of Google? Yes, if you are selecting the "save password" option when you login to sites
