paul-r-cfc
I also enjoyed it a lot. Like the idea of it being standalone stories as well. After years of trying to remember the relevance of a million characters and moments, it provides some light relief.Story was good, concept is cool and I liked the animation. Look forward to the rest.

FairWeatherFan
Shang-Chi was released this week. Doesn't seem to have much buzz online. Can't quite tell if that's some apathy since it's an origin story on a new character no one is invested in, or if most people are avoiding the trip to the cinema. It won't be making an appearance on Disney+ until October 17th.
Bully Wee Villa
Do you have to wear a mask at the cinema still? More than happy to do so when walking to my seat but not sure can be arsed to do so for two hours especially as it means will have to unsteam my glasses every two minutes.

Didn't need to wear them at your seat when I went on Friday to see Shang Chi. I really enjoyed the film and it's got me exited that what is to come from Marvel will be capable of matching the best of what we've had. DukDukGoose
I thought Shang-Chi was great. Surpassed my expectations. Also thought Episodes 3 and 4 of What If? were good. 4 went to places I didn't think they'd go.
coprolite
"that's my new favourite Marvel film" - coprolitina jr, aged 9,on Shang Chi. I thought it was really good as a standalone film. Expect it's fairly well tied in to upcoming output.
