makepeace
The fact that McCoist came out and offered a joke of an apology followed by a statement that he stood by his original statement says it all. He is meant to be the manager and if he, by some mysterious run of events, was kept out of the loop prior to his call for transparency then before he stated he was standing by his call for transparency someone should have taken him aside and said "well actually fatso, we knew" FAT SALLY KNEW FSK To be fair though, he can just reframe the argument around " yes i as an employee of rangers football club knew, but i was not at liberty to disclose such information, which i think is wrong, as i believe we should have an entirely transparent and accountable process" load of bolloks obviously but that will probably be the way hell play it..
Drooper
The Blue Knights pull out of buying Rangers as they're offer was pish - via twitter. You could've knocked me down with a feather!
The Naitch
How long before TBK are back in again?
chico
@markdaly2: SFA claim it'll use the courts to recover its £200k fine on Whyte. That should be interesting. He's no stranger to skipping a debt or two.

Ivo den Bieman
Oddball Kennedy will now try and pilot the burning Lancaster back to Blighty by himself now that TBK have bailed out.

CamaroSaint
I think the P&B consortium should now have discussions with the Blue Shites for a revised bid. Deadline is tea time.

realmadrid
Monday is the 4th anniversary of "Manchester Riot day". I personally cannot think of a better day to put this lot out of their misery.
Gaspode
I'm starting to have a few concerns that Steve Lomas may in fact be a bit of a tit. Thought he had done a decent job since taking over at St.Johnstone, but got to say he joins a growing list of arse kissers along with Butcher, Johnston, Liewell, Thompson, etc.
Johnny van Axeldongen
I'm sure they'll be back with a final final final bid next week.
Homer Thompson
To be fair though, he can just reframe the argument around " yes i as an employee of rangers football club knew, but i was not at liberty to disclose such information, which i think is wrong, as i believe we should have an entirely transparent and accountable process" load of bolloks obviously but that will probably be the way hell play it.. He could, it would still be bollox though. The SFA knew who the panel were and Rangers FC knew who the panel were. Who else needs to know?
Meatwad
An effective, if unsatisfactory method! In fairness they've been playing it like the Hokey Cokey... You put your first bid in, your first bid out....
