Regarding this, can't Dundee just get 1 of the 4 'spares'?

You`d have thought so, but...

STV understands the governing body will allow the club to fulfil its Ramsdens Cup game with Brechin City, if holding company Sevco Scotland Limited agrees to meet certain conditions.

These include signing off on the transfer of the old company’s member share in the Scottish Premier League to Dundee, which Duff and Phelps have retained despite being compelled to hand it over to the Dark Blues.

Also Green standing fast over the SPL not investigating the dual contracts, that sounds like an admission of guilt to me.

It's 6pm on Friday... the game is 3:05pm on Sunday... how long are Green and D&P going to have to fulfil these conditions?

Ultimately the share thing doesn't matter until next week, but equally, why should D&P's SPL share be a factor in NewCo obtaining OldCo's SFA membership?

Yet more farce.

SPL articles of association.

17. Whenever a requirement to transfer a Share shall arise, if the relevant

Member shall fail to transfer its Share within seven (7) days of notice having

been given of the requirement to transfer, the Board may authorise any

Director of the Company to execute a transfer thereof and a transfer so

executed shall be valid and effective as if the same had been executed by the

Member concerned and the transferee shall on payment of the sum of £1 to

the Secretary to be held in trust for the transferor be entered in the register of

Members as the holder of such Share.

So what's the problem, why are they bartering for the share?

Aye, they could've even done it yesterday/today and it'd be sorted by next Saturday.

Doncaster had stated on Radio Scotland on the interview with Richard Gordon that they could forcibly take back the share. If there is an issue with this then the Rangers fans should be concerned as it may well be that Charlies not parted with the cash...
