Leepylee
Possible scenarios # 263 Sevco beat Brechin under temp licence, Fail to gain full licence, Brechin brought back into a cup they were knocked out of ? Next round opponents get a bye ? Next round opponents play Spartans even though Spartans never won the first round tie ?
Baxter Parp
Well that would be the sensible thing to do but seeing as it's the sporting integrity league .............. We'd rather have a nice clean one instead of a nasty old tainted one.

Tenpot
Dundee are sorted no matter what .. So why should the authorities roll over for a bunch of lowlife, tax cheating, rule bending, amoral club with no sense of decency , a dismissive attitude towards doing the right thing to make amends for the numerous offences they have committed ..... Tell us all ... Jim Torbett and Michael Kelly just to name a few -

FinnesTON
Oh please, please, let it be that Charlie does not have the money to pay Haudit and Daudit. Also, please, please, let it also be he will be gone before the Aug 3rd deadline. That can't be true as Duff & Phelps said Sevco was the best option for creditors the others must have been going to pay in ginger bottles.

Desert Nomad
The SPL don't need Rangers permission to investigate Rangers or to hold a hearing concerning EBT's, the problem is that Rangers are rightly refusing to waive their right of appeal and the sporting integrity league are trying to use it as leverage to get Rangers media rights. Next time get your facts right. a bit touchy? Where did I state any "facts"?

bennett
The SFA and SPL deal with the club not D&P ... another deflection and no answer.! Duff and Phelps hold the oldco's SPL membership, not the club you dolt

Friday
Possible scenarios # 263 Sevco beat Brechin under temp licence, Fail to gain full licence, Brechin brought back into a cup they were knocked out of ? Next round opponents get a bye ? Next round opponents play Spartans even though Spartans never won the first round tie ? I see your mistake here. You are attempting to analyse this situation using logic. That has played no part in the discussions to this point, so don't expect it to start any time soon. I think in their minds, the scenario goes more along these lines........... Sevco beat Brechin under temp licence, Fail to gain full licence, Sevco get further temp licence for next round. Repeat until desired result is achieved. Alternatively, they might just issue a 100 year temp licence.

Supras
They were granted temporary membership so they could fufill the fixture and so it isn't postponed and all the problems that would cause. Two reasons: 1) They didn't want to postpone the game so close to the match. 2) Discussions haven't gone on long enough to make a decision either way, it's better to postpone it than rush it and get it wrong. It's a temporary stay and is, obviously, the sensible thing to do in the circumstances. People don't see this because they have been blinded by the revolutionary fervor and think everything that the SFA or SPL do is wrong. ; Rangers are very unlikely to get refused membership, everyone knows this, but at the same time we are not going to give in to their ludicrous demands because we have been time pressurized.
bennett
Other clubs take their punishment fair and square when they have 'problems' ... You are obviously just a fishing troll .. nobody can be as dumb as to compare Sevco with decent law abiding clubs. Other clubs have the right of appeal too -

FinnesTON
Not really ... they just have to give Dundee a spare ... can't really see what the fuss is about, unless I am missing the importance of this particular share ... Non drama really !! Well the SFA will want to know why D & P's are holding this licence, if it is a case of Sevco have not yet completed the deal with the administrator financially can they grant them a licence to play knowing they may not have the funds to complete the season ? Which again may put questions up to the evidence that Sevco may have shown to the authorities about investors. As you said Dundee are the innocent party but this is another procedural calamity caused by Sevco which again brings doubt into the suitability to adhere to the SFA rules. If they are arguing about not getting title stripped when they haven't even fully completed the deal with D &P you would probably be sceptical of their professionalism and thats the kindest way I can put it . They are a joke, Charlie's flying by the seat of his pants hoping the gullible will buy season tickets to finance the whole thing.
