SPL articles of association.

17. Whenever a requirement to transfer a Share shall arise, if the relevant

Member shall fail to transfer its Share within seven (7) days of notice having

been given of the requirement to transfer, the Board may authorise any

Director of the Company to execute a transfer thereof and a transfer so

executed shall be valid and effective as if the same had been executed by the

Member concerned and the transferee shall on payment of the sum of £1 to

the Secretary to be held in trust for the transferor be entered in the register of

Members as the holder of such Share.

So what's the problem, why are they bartering for the share?

Aye, they could've even done it yesterday/today and it'd be sorted by next Saturday.

Doncaster had stated on Radio Scotland on the interview with Richard Gordon that they could forcibly take back the share. If there is an issue with this then the Rangers fans should be concerned as it may well be that Charlies not parted with the cash...

You`d have thought so, but...

Also Green standing fast over the SPL not investigating the dual contracts, that sounds like an admission of guilt to me.

The SPL don't need Rangers permission to investigate Rangers or to hold a hearing concerning EBT's, the problem is that Rangers are rightly refusing to waive their right of appeal and the sporting integrity league are trying to use it as leverage to get Rangers media rights.

Next time get your facts right.

Seems that they can only play the guys they have signed up plus 2 trialists.

Brechin must fancy this.

Interesting, so they're being "temporarily" transferred the SFA membership, but effectively with an immediate full registration embargo?

If Charlie hasnt parted with the cash then the SFA have to say sorry you cant have the oldco membership.

Also Duff & Phelps could say to Charlie you have had long enough to pay the £5.5m, sorry the deal is off as you cant come up with the money.

Is he going to round with baseball bat and beat them up

The sporting integrity league are holding things up for one reason and one reason alone, media rights. It seems they needed us afterall.

@STVGrant @DarcheVinny but you said D&P will do what Green wants. what's the issue here?

Grant Russell ‏@STVGrant

@uistbhoy88 @DarcheVinny Because Green is instructing them not to sign off.

What's Green's problem?

I.e. they'd act on Monday?

Why didn't they act today.

Why can't Dundee receive a spare.

Well that would be the sensible thing to do but seeing as it's the sporting integrity league ..............

I was assuming it means they'd begin the process on Monday i.e. they've not done anything until now, they would move on Monday, meaning once 7 days has passed it'd be the next Tuesday, 7th Aug.
