Cutty Old
Other clubs have the right of appeal too Just to clarify Bennett, does this right of appeal include proclamations such as Ally McCoist telling anyone who would listen what punishment he would not accept ? It didn't sound like an appeal. It was more like a demand or an ultimatum. However, if you call it a right to appeal, who am I to argue with you ?
djchapsticks
Learn to live without us and let us play in our own league without all this skullduggery. You owe me a new irony-meter. Mine just read your post and obliterated itself.
sjc
That is the question we all await with baited breath. if you could just hold yours in the mean time please as: 1. it stinks. 2. we'd all really appreciate it.
Tenpot
Right now thats just rumour and not a fact, so wind it in a bit. Now if it is true then serious questions and hopefully legal/criminal action is taken against D&P who claimed that Green had provided proof of funds. The circus never ends. We see the clowns in it are called Reagan and Doncaster

The right of appeal should be available to all, ask yourself why would the sporting integrity league insist on such a stipulation? Just doesn't sit right with me and we'd be foolish to accept those terms.

dee eff cee
Learn to live without us and let us play in our own league without all this skullduggery. Yup, would happily let you play in a league of one. After all, were you not desperate to leave the Scottish league, along with your Green (ha, ha) pals a few years back? No-one likes you and you care.
silverrigger
SPL want to investigate if Rangers have used EBT to gain an advantage Rangers simply want to have the right to legally challenge the findings of this investigation if they dont agree with them, SPL want to deny Rangers this so they can be judge jury and executioner Not how I read it. Rangers will have the right to defend themselves. The SPL had originally said that if their enquiries turn up to have found wrong doing they would take it further. Rangers are saying they dont want things to be taken further. Wonder why???? Because everyone knows they are guilty and that they cheated their way to ten years of success.

Media rights are collective of the league they are in.

Araminta Moonbeam QC
didn't Craig Whyte show Sir David Murray proof of funds........... He had a 'letter of comfort', co-signed by Joanna Lovely and Crown Prince Albert of Monaco, confirming that he was, in fact., 'pure minted'.

Caledonian
So despite all the shenanigans have we got a license yet. The STV statement is not categoric. There are phrases like 'expected to' and 'STV understands'.

Craig Whyte had a Prince Albert ?! I bet Joanna Lumley loved that tickling her fancy
westcoast
Seville Calculator as someone said before = deflection. compare with there were about 20 chelsea fans in Manchester wearing rangers tops and they caused a bit of a stramash. Deal with reality and do yourself a favour. Those clouds ain't for sitting on let alone building castles.
