wunfellaff
We have Scotland's most committed fans Certainly it is a thought that they should be...
stonedsailor
Oh come on. There is just no measure that makes Ibrox a shitehole/ Surely you must see this? Have we shite fans? No we don't. We have Scotland's most committed fans in one of Scotland's best stadiums. If your fans are so committed why do the numbers at Ibrox drop when there's a Rugby international match on? ETA- I just realised you are getting your words mixed up, numerous and committed do not mean the same thing. You can tell the difference by looking at Rangers when they are doing well 44+ thousand watching you destroy 3rd division teams dropping to 22k when the weather's cold and the Rugby's on. that would mean that only about half your regular fans are committed to the club. Like most clubs the numbers drop in the cold but not by 50%, that is far from committed. Edited April 2, 2013 by stonedsailor

stonedsailor
22K is still 20K more than your lot manage watching Terry`s silky smooth team battling for 2nd place and a spot in Europe. Maybe its the shinty. Very true but we have a committed fanbase, not a bunch of casual* supporters. You've had 119 more years to build up your fan base too, we've a wee bit to go, 19 years old and one of the counbtry's top clubs. Booyaa. *casual used in the true meaning of the word, for clarification.
stonedsailor
I am hearing that the QP game is gonna have just 7k, big blow for the spiders then, but hey what is 500K lost revenue against a few of their players being boo'd and a few away supporters getting into the home end, I am sure the P & B spiders will be delighted, its not all about the money. I predict modest turnouts for the matches against Clyde and Peterhead with a decent crowd for the all Rangers party on the last day. Don't worry I would never compare the Calley supporters with those of Aberdeen. Tedi, your knowledge of Scottish football is shocking, it's Caley (1 "L) and Caley died in 1994. I can understand this wee mistake, unlike your 5 SPL stars.
MikeyWellFan
I am hearing that the QP game is gonna have just 7k To be fair that is still a hell of a lot more than they would have been used to and a lot more than they would have budgeted for. A big payday does not make up for The Rangers fans going in the home end and acting arrogant and unfriendly to the home supporters. MikeyWellFan
If they are not happy then I guess they should make sure that they do not sell tickets to away fans then. As far as I am aware no arrests or crimes were committed. Anyway like I said I am sure they are not bothered about the 500k lost revenue, small price to pay for a few unfriendly fans. I personally think that if you are in the home end of somebody elses stadium, then you should show respect to the home supporters. I'm sure they will make up for it when they play you another two times next season.
MikeyWellFan
Yet to see any confirmed reports of anything going on in the away end at QP, just heresay, there was a Montose fan inside the Rangers part of the ground an Saturday, he got a bit mouthy and escorted out by plod, I was not offended in the slightest, just thought it was funny. Sure if they win the play-offs. Well apart from confirmed sectarian singing. Not a believer in the super 18 team bottom tier ?
MikeyWellFan
Not a believer in it being rushed in. The only way the 18 team bottom tier will be in place for next season is if we have SPL2 and if that happens then Rangers will be invited into SPL2, this not what I want to happen just stating the reality. Well you would still be a tier above where you are now leaving the same amount of time for a return to the top league. So I don't really see what difference it would make if you had to play in the 18 team division.

Not quite "no matter what"........ under AIM regs the first full accounts can be delayed by a bit, and I can defo see Charlie going down that route. That would make 4 seasons before eligible..... Even stoooopider....

Not surprising that the intimidating and bigoted traits of your fellow supporters doesn't register with you. To be fair you can't have much experience with the attitudes of your fellow supporters when you don't go to any games and choose to watch them from your Ayrshire bedsit.
Monkey Tennis
You were took to the games so you're telling me you didn't have an option wether to go or not? No, he was taken to the games, taken. If you insist on peddling this drivel that refuses to recognise that people can have contempt for both bits of the Old Firm, please do it grammatically.
