I think it was a genuine coincidence it was the founders photo and typical of those designers not to do their homework on the image they are using. I think they just went online looking for a photo of an old football team and came up with that to use for their design. Its about time something was done about this kind of thing and although I don't know if this is the case here but the historic football photos like that should come under ownership of the football club and anyone wishing to use it would have to ask permission. Nonsense. The copyright in a photo is the property either of the photographer or whoever commissioned the photo, and in either case only lasts for 70(?) years. Any way as far as Rangers are concerned they won't earn a penny on any clothes or merchandise anymore after Mike Ashley has his mucky paws on that. Do you think it might look good on a flag?
