Wow! That's no unfortunate mistake, is it?

I mean, what manufacturer would commit to a run of hundreds, if not thousands, of tee-shirts without checking out the image's copyright?

Perhaps they made Mike Ashley an offer he couldn't refuse???

Dodgy goings on way back when they were at deaths door, who would have thought it?

Duff and duffer et al

Cockwomble, Ogilvie etc.

All culpable for letting this festering pile of shite near the SFL again.

Get the lot of them tae......

In fact, every club who voted them back in at all should hang their heads in shame and disband.

So, just Stranraer in the Championship next season.

And you'll still fail to get promoted.

This happens too often with designers for the bigger companies who either steal ideas from other genuinely creative designers or more than likely use images of the internet for their t-shirts. I think it was a genuine coincidence it was the founders photo and typical of those designers not to do their homework on the image they are using. I think they just went online looking for a photo of an old football team and came up with that to use for their design. Its about time something was done about this kind of thing and although I don't know if this is the case here but the historic football photos like that should come under ownership of the football club and anyone wishing to use it would have to ask permission.

Nonsense. The copyright in a photo is the property either of the photographer or whoever commissioned the photo, and in either case only lasts for 70(?) years. In this case, anyone remotely involved is long dead.

Anyway, even if it belonged to the football club they're long dead too!

Perhaps because he has no inside sources in the English police?

Not defending him (his sources seem to have dried up) but c'mon.

But it was Police Scotland who initiated the arrests in England, supported by three English forces. A "world renowned investigative journalist" like Phil should have had his finger on the pulse in what is the biggest news story in this whole situation. I'm disappointed in Phil over this.

Phil's had other things on his mind because of tonight's match, like how McGeady is likely to get raped by the prodies. Or do I mean kicked to shit?

The image is in the public domain ... rumour is the photographer died more than 70 years ago .. (or he/she is unknown) .. 70 years from death or in the case of unknown photographer it's 70 years from creation ...

Thing is we see countless iconic images on brand clothing, top man/woman, primark, supermarket brands, etc. Not quite sure if permission is asked there. Any way as far as Rangers are concerned they won't earn a penny on any clothes or merchandise anymore after Mike Ashley has his mucky paws on that.

Do you think it might look good on a flag? Imagine if about 20,000 Celtic fans turned up for the Cup semi final wearing that t-shirt, after all if the altered image is available on the internet it can be printed onto a t-shirt.

Because every time something like this comes up their carefully constructed web of denial takes another battering. Reality just isn't the peepul's friend.

Funny as fùck for the rest of us, mind, so every cloud...

There was dubious practice, vested interest and plain old lies told during Airdrie's liquidation. All of this was brought to the attention of the police. We were told "that's how business works, guys like you don't really understand",

Involve this shower of shite and plod jump to attention and delve a bit deeper.

I'm just glad i've distanced myself from the whole shooting match. It fucking stinks.

Wait.....Hang on.......D'you mean to tell me there's the possibility that there was some dodgy dealing in all this ?

Nah !!!..................Surely not ?

Couldn't someone have pointed this out before now ?

So......Is it a popcorn moment for the P&D's or a Fritzl moment for Ra peepul ? Or both ? I'm struggling to remember all the past pish.

Help !!!
