Rangers have nothing to fear, though - all Charlie has to do to dodge this lawsuit is stand up in court and say that New Rangers are an entirely new team; that it's never employed these guys, because it's less than a year old, and that it has no connection whatsoever to the team once known as "Rangers FC". Get the popcorn in, boys and girls... And this is the absolute beauty of this story - Charlie can either throw the dice in court - which won't look good to potential investors(Tedi may be about to understand what "pledge" means), or he can take the easy way out - admit that his Tribute Act is, in fact, a new club, and hope to f**k he can get back to Yorkshire in one piece. That would mean, unfortunately, not having a stadium full of loyal kids and pensioners to demonstrate their massive potential.
