dirty dingus
The way they are talking(hoping) and they get a mob to procure a CVA. Does that mean they get the keys to the big house after saving them only to find on their first day in charge that a big red letter is lying behind the doors asking them for about 70 million quid due pronto to her maj.

mozam76
For the sake of bandwith, and not clogging up the thread, I won't quote it - but that list of creditors from welshbairn is an absolute mindfuck of a post. Is there anyone that they don't owe money to????? In all seriousness - have they been paying ANY bills in the last year or so? Absolutely staggering.
Raith Against The Machine
So I'd take it from that they require 75% of this £55m to secure a CVA, so roughly £41m. Deduct the £8m for the debenture holders, as they'll presumably vote it through regardless, and you're left with £33m worth of debt that needs to be voted through. It's painfully obvious how key Ticketus, with their £27m owed, are to the whole thing. yorkshirepud
Creditor Claim (£) Trade & Expense Creditors 5,544,508 Ticketus (amount of claim to be confirmed) 26,700,000 HM Revenue & Customs – Excluding Big and Small Tax Cases 14,372,042 HM Revenue & Customs – Small Tax Case TBC HM Revenue & Customs – Big Tax Case TBC Supporter Debenture Holders 7,736,000 Football Related Creditors 1,063,082 Employees TBC Total 55,415,632 By my admittedly basic arithmetic HMRC own just under 26% of the debt.without either tax case. As far as I know they agreed £2.8million for the Small tax case taking the HMRC total to somewhere in the region of £17.1 million. (holy cow!) That would mean the total debt would need to be somewhere in the region of £69 million for HMRC to have less than 25% of the debt. Employees TBC would therefore need to be something like £14 million. Anyone know the value of those wages deferrals?
saintie1977
Anyone else fancy setting up a company specialising in liquidation? It's quite apparent you don't need to have much of a clue what you're doing and pitch up on telly every so often with a few soundbites...
Tio Pepe
Strathclyde Police Finance Department 173 Pitt Street Glasgow Scotland G2 4JS 51,882.00 Why are the police risking more public funds being lost by continuing to provide policing? There should be no more police provision until arrears have been paid.
