WeeHectorPar
I certainly really don't get you Hector. What were you implying about where Strichener's allegiances really lie, midst your sweary outpourings then? Some club who be more reluctant than all the rest of us to see Rangers with a stable board.
Monkey Tennis
Some club who be more reluctant than all the rest of us to see Rangers with a stable board. Ok, but I've honestly got no idea which club you mean. You do baffle me Hector.
Monkey Tennis
So anyway who is going to win this....predictions please. Will it be the 'wet fish' camp comprising of Easdale Somers and Ashley or Will it be the 'good guys' comprising of the 'three bears', ' Brian Kennedy and Dave King? I think the winners will be the second group, as Ashley won't be fussed enough to fight very hard; but I can't call any group involving the utter shit of a man that is Dave King, the 'good guys'.
Jacksgranda
Calm down for Christ's sake Hector. You go off on one, on a weekly basis these days. Strichener having a little specialist knowledge on a subject does not make him a Rangers fan in disguise. Far too many on here confuse what they wish to happen with what they think will happen. It's infantile. Please don't start that again...
strichener
The board is supposed to look after the interests of all the shareholders, not just their own. And why the f**k are you just looking at one side of the argument, you fucking tosser. Why don't you put your real team on your profile? Just too scared that this might hurt your team's interests? So no law that states a board has to be independent? BTW: My real team is on my profile, were you at EEP yesterday to see us? -
Monkey Tennis
I'm guessing he just means 'which group will gain overall control in terms of shareholding and seats on the board?' You're right though in suggesting that the prize itself is not clear cut. I foresee a situation whereby Ted's second group have control, but where Ashley is able to bow out, safe in the knowledge that he'll keep making money via merchandise sales. Ned Nederlander
Did http://www.dailyrecor..... not give you a clue? er ... whit It gives me a clue that it's a link to the Daily Record ... and that's about it The Daily Record is generally a load of tosh and I sometimes feel loathed to click the link only to find that it's been a total waste of my time. Add to that the fact that site traffic is important to them, and that linking to them is helping them continue to post utter shite about Scottish Football The Old Firm and 'Rangers' and I'm doubly pissed off about it. How about just cutting and pasting the story so that I can decide for myself if it's of any interest to me, or how about adding a proper link with a headline so I have a clue what the story might be about - Jon Daly: Everyone at Rangers believes we can win the Championship

It's infantile. And what is stricheners specialist knowledge? The ability to read blogs.... And wee Hectors ok so wind your neck in. bennett
What I don't get about King's play yet ... is why now? I can't see why the carcass with limited revenue income/streams is suddenly attractive to him, after all this time? Is he looking to compromise or is planning to force them into admin/liquidation .. ? I don't see the attractive option and I don't see him spending fortunes to please the bears and keep them afloat. Even now ... they have another 11 million required minimum (if you include Ashley's loans) just to keep them afloat. Never mind the team, stadium or anything else. King waited until the fans boycott took effect, that should be obvious to someone as clever as you claim to be. £11m, depends on whether the board was being honest about £8m and if outgoings are going to remain the same...

The daily record is almost beyond parody but it's quite easy to criticise
bennett
I wonder if this Sarver guy really is interested in the club or if this is just more toxic spin?
bennett
What you mean the staunch boycotters that bought season tickets? So Tedi is partially to blame for the delay? Well I never. Is that figure not from the auditors ..... Typical denboy, just can't help himself. He'll probably edit that post after i've replied now. -

Edit: Just seen Tedi's post .... the whole thing stinks to high heaven .... including Doncaster's statement. Pretty obvious. Sevco need money and have announced share issue this month or else Ashley has to make another loan and take security over MP and maybe Ibrox. New Year is a quiet time as everyone was off-guard and it was the ideal time to strike. As for Donkey's statement, this is totally ambiguous. Could be setting up a continuation in case of admin but could also confirm second admin event and therefore 25 points...though I would go for the first of these.
Henrik's tongue
Isn't that a biit of an overreaction to King...
