Its still 2 judgements to 1 in favour of Rangers over HMRC.

HMRC pursued a case they could never win other than in principal and at what expense to the Tax Payers? The defendants in this case don't exist HMRC saw them liquidated by turning down the CVA

That decision resulted in many people losing any chance of some return on the money they were due and in the process HMRC have spent thousands if not million in legal fees to pursue justification over any hope of recovery.

HMRC stood back for a number of years and happily allowed Rangers and other clubs to use EBTs - these were all shown in club accounts which HMRC had access to.

So if anything this judgement only show how incompetent HMRC really are.

That's not how this works, that's not how any of this works.

So what will happen if the criminal case against Charlie and Whyte results in the sale of the clumpany being undone? :1eye

Fúck knows, but one thing's for certain - it's going to hit Ra Peepul right in their wee brainpans. Just imagine how screwed your head would be having to keep up with all this oldco/newco/company/club/holding company/good guys/bad guys/good guys who turn out to be bad guys/bad guys without whom there would be no Tribute Act mental gymnastics...

I find the Diddy interpretation simpler. rangers cheated, then died. The Tribute Act has hoovered money out of bigots' pockets for an amazingly long time before being rumbled, but is now down to used bus tickets and lint.

It's not a football match. Things are not judged on how many times you score a verdict.

Christ, the last bit is still happening now. King is every bit a shyster as Green, Whyte etc ever were.
