Milners
So who's liable for the outstanding paye and ni contributions? Is it the old rangers or the recipient's? Old rangers are liable although the Lord Nimmo Smith Commission fine Oldco £250,000 and it was agreed that Newco would take on football debts so they will have to pay that with interest and costs. ~~~
If they need the cash to keep them going until the end of the season, they why don't the Rangers Fans Fighting Fund stump up the fans money they collected and gift it to the clumpany?

CityDave
Will Dave King be now forced into admitting this Rangers isn't the same Rangers that cheated the taxpayers of this country. Oh wait....he has already let that one slip out. Its been a while since this was posted so let us remind ourselves of the hole Dave King dug himself. Yesterday, King said it was “practically feasible and legally feasible” to rehabilitate the oldco. The South Africa-based tycoon added: “I would like to see us taking oldco out of liquidation and putting assets back into oldco. “It would be a good thing to do. It would be back to the traditional Rangers. “I think the supporters would like it.”
