mythstoliveby
To be fair he also thought that Naisy was a die hard bear and didn't realise that footballers just say favourable things to further their careers. It's the same as Green saying he has "rangeritis" and King saying "I'll invest 30m" - people just say what suits them and what other people want to hear. If De Boer *did* choose Rangers over Man.Utd (and that is a big if..) then if it was not for financial reasons then he's an idiot.... strichener
Haha fucking ha In view of the orders in terms of s.4(2) of the Contempt of Court Act 1981 made by the High Court of Justiciary on 16 October 2015 and by Lord Doherty on 12 November 2015 it is not proposed that the Opinion be published until the criminal proceedings against the pursuer and his co-accused have been concluded. The only important parts of the whole post. Tedi laughing at a percieved victory without any understanding of the basis on which the judge ruled. strichener
He lost, that is what matters. You are hurting, never mind you are not alone GIRFUY! Oh the pain. Is that lost as in the same way that Mike Ashley lost?
stonedsailor
Yeah, it is rather deliciously oozing out of you. That is is lost as in the exact opposite of won, which is what you wished had happened. and before you deny it, nobody believes you. Let's hope he loses again, if he was acting in a fraudulent manner in acquiring the assets of Rangers for Sevco Scotland. It would be good to see justice done and the assets returned to their rightful owner, Rangers, should a fraud have taken place.

stonedsailor
Mike will find a way to make sure he has the best lawyer money can buy, there is no way he will want charlie singing. Are you saying that a; Charlie is guilty of something and/or b; Mike conspired with Charlie?
strichener
The QC already has the legal beagle role on here. No legal opinion was offered, just an interpretation of English. It would appear that even this goes over your head. Perhaps you need to have a lawyer explain "Haha fucking ha" to you but most people will manage quite fine without one.
bennett
Hmmmm did they conspire as stoney suggests? Maybe general mike is just an excellent negotiator......

THE KING
Is the moron actually celebrating, who pays Greens legal fees as a victory, even though it has nothing to do with his main court case?!
Monkey Tennis
Ach it would have been funny if it had gone the other way, if for no other reason than that his reaction today, shows us what effect the opposite outcome would have had on a now thoroughly bewildered and baying Tedi. However, it was an outrageously cheeky claim by Green and he really had no sensible right to have his fees paid by the club he screwed. I for one, really welcome the newly prominent roles that morality and common sense seem to be playing in the rulings we're seeing. THE KING
Tedi = the mayor of Hiroshima being cock-a-hoop when he heard the Enola Gay pilot stubbed his toe while disembarking. It's like someone selling you a stolen car, and he's up in court for it, and if found guilty you'll loose your car, but you're claiming a victory and a big GIRYUY because you're not paying his legal fees, which means he's even more likely to loose , brilliant.
