Some company went bust and had a fire sale. It sold some assets to a new company. However, some assets said f**k that and went to different football clubs. The new club was then granted a licence to begin playing football in Scotland's bottom league.

Anyone actually watch it or are we all waiting for the full time and an idea if ebts were legal or not.
We already have rangers not being relegated or demoted as part of a judicial decision. It could be interesting times

The clumpany died and a new clumpany bought some of the assets of the old clumpany, applied to take the place of the old clumpany in the SPL, got told to do one so applied to join the SFL at the bottom. Clear?

Actually Lord Bannatyne made it clear in the ruling about the bet that Rangers continue, having been sold to the new company.

It is correct that we weren't relegated, meaning in this case that we didn't enter the other league due to our points total. We left the SPL and joined the SFL following votes - and votes are no proof of anything other than the opinions of those voting (or their fans).

Daft question i am sure... but do the ebt side letters say rangers football club plc or just club when it indemnifies the player?

If its the former, then different company argument will hold.

If its the latter, will we see a massive backtrack on continuity?
