Is that because he thinks it's too expensive? Am I being startlingly thick? The price will be set at what he bought them for. I expect mccoist to jump on this. But the appeal findings said: "We understand the point made by Mr King about his motivation regarding the supporters of the Rangers football club and the control of Rangers. I've cut the stuff about King's investment in old Rangers from the following excerpt, as that is expressed in a rather biddable way. Quote 15. Until 2011 the club ("old Rangers") was majority-owned by the Murray Group... 16. Old Rangers' decline into insolvency and the turmoil that followed were widely publicised. In May 2011, following financial difficulties experienced by the Murray Group, its controlling interest in old Rangers was sold to Mr Craig Whyte. 17. The part where King tries to get away with the NOAL argument is particularly interesting in its nonsensical logic and his tenacious peddling of it, as is his attempt to portray the date-setting as flawed in some way despite a clear timeline that shows he was delinquent in not supplying his availability: they actually worked around his holiday dates, then he complained, then he said - after they'd set the 25th - that he could probably get to London for the 24th or 26th. World class chiselling. The problem for DK is that courts are not the Scottish media. They tend to check whether what you're saying is true.
