Walking Down The Halbeath Road

Recommended Posts

Glad to see DAFC keeps you lot amused.

Years of wondering when your business model was gonnae implode.

Wouldn't worry though.

The basic laws of running a football club badly aren't the same as running a business badly.

For some reason football clubs get away with murder.

DAFC.net Mental Breakdown

WOW! The powers that be on .net have finally cracked. They've moved from moderation, to full Censorship of any dissenting opinon. An entire forum the "General Debate forum" has been deleted, which was initally created to move any controversial threads out of the public eye, where it would hopefully be forgotten. When this didn't happen and the "offending" posts continued, this forum was removed.

Uncle Joe Stalin himself would be proud of the actions of the .net admins. The masses hav been silenced. :(

Joking apart,IF this is the way things are going along the road, what hope do the BoD of getting anyone to buy the shares issue to save the club?

and the madness continues

One of the other Admins Peter has been black carded and all his posts deleted, r yellow cards already dished out to anyone daring to post a topic relating to the club's finances, or why there posts have been censored. They even asked someone to remove a comment the made on Facebook. This is bizarre!!!

Possibly. He's not as big of an apologist for GM as you would expect though. Certainly critical of a number of things that have went on, mainly the complete lack of respect for & communication with the players & coaching staff.

That's a pretty shocking attitude to have towards your staff. Wouldn't blame the players if they refused to play.

A Pars fan tweeted a few players with something along the lines of "you can all turn up at 3:20pm on Saturday. After all, it's better than not turning up at all!" Andy Barrowman retweeted it.
