Lets All Laugh At Rangers Thread

This is the problem The rangers fans face, tiny group of extreme unionists full of self importance issuing communiques like they are talking for the majority, most clubs would find a way to slap idiots like these down. Eventually the majority of fans are going to need to force the club somehow to deal with these people, or continue to allow the extremists to think they speak for the fans rather than the wee band of nuts that they really are.

It's genuinely mental no wonder everyone hates them. Imagine even thinking that stuff never mind producing the statement.

Who's the "them" in this case though?

As others are saying, these clowns only really speak for members of their own lunatic fringe, no matter that they wish to imply otherwise.

Quite agree, but it might be good PR for the club if they were a bit more willing to disown these "fringe" elements who attach themselves to what should be simply a sporting institution.
The same applies to their Sisters, with their indulgence of the Green Brigade, etc.
Unfortunately it appears both clubs have done a cost-benefit analysis and decided these loons are good for business.
Either that, or maybe these are not just the ramblings of some "minority" - maybe, just maybe, the club's don't give a fùck what everybody else thinks as long as they keep hold of their "traditional" identities.

They've got nearly 14k followers on Twitter and regularly say batshit mental things on there.

It's amazing how many of the reasonable majority with a few drinks in them and in the company of 'like minded' folk start to sound like the minority. Shouldn't kid ourselves here the difference between these loons and many of the others is how willing they are to be caught sober coming out with that nonsense publicly.

Need to start somewhere

I thought that you'd started with O'Halloran (£500k!) , Windass, Crooks, Rossiter, Hill, Garner (£1.8 million!), Barton and Senderos.

After wasting a lot of money, it seems that you can only afford a loanees. Are you Killie in disguise?

No...the trying too hard is pretending that pish isn't there 3 drinks in. I live in Falkirk....it takes 3 rounds ish for the regulars in unity club to start with the vicious songs.....equally the star Inn and vic bar do same for other side... I'm an atheiest rugby fan.....seeing how desperate drunken bigots are to fight down here is an eye opener to me....seeing how some football fans desperately try to defend the indefensible is frankly sad....
