Silvio
Darnell Dockett is currently on jury duty and is live tweeting from the court house. It's brilliant. It's @ddockett
Antiochas III
Why are people (though not here so much) slavering about Rodgers being MVP? Surely JJ Watt is the MVP. I can't believe there's even a discussion! In other news, the rams are favourites this week. I think I need to lie down. It will come down to which side of the ball for the 'Skins turns up for the longest. Tip for Rams, you got any Rookies on O that need a career game, this Sunday is it.

Fife Saint
Pettine has said there was overwhelming support for Hoyer in the dressing room. That might give an insight into their thoughts on Manziel. Hoyer's stats are dreadful over the last few weeks, it wouldn't surprise me to see his career with the Browns come to a head this week.
Mr. Brightside
Thing is, it is Hoyer that got them to 7-5 and a chance of the play-offs, why jeopardise that to play a rookie who isn't that good. Boo Khaki
Exactly. If they start Hoyer the rest of the way and finish 9-7/8-8 but miss the playoffs, all the talk will be 'Hoyer's not good enough' 'Hoyer needs replaced'. Wait a minute. Back when they drafted Manziel absolutely nobody was predicting Hoyer leading the Browns to a +.500 season. Give the guy some respect. He's a big part of the reason they are 7-5, they're not 7-5 in spite of him. People are talking as if Hoyer's the reason they'll miss the playoffs, when really the talk should be about how well he's done so far getting them to this point with a high pick Rookie breathing down his neck. Yeah, I get that. Hoyer has fallen off a cliff last few weeks though. He's chucking picks that he wasn't doing for the bulk of the season. The D is strong enough to keep them in it but he can't move them up the field at the moment. I'd personally stick it out with him but I can understand the temptation to lump Manziel in.

Yeah I'm with you, initially they were winning, maybe not because of Hoyer but he was certainly a factor in it, but the last couple of weeks it's been him letting the side down. With Josh Gordon back, Taylor Gabriel showing he's worth a spot in the starting lineup and Hawkins being a reliable out consistently it's kind of hard to see what has changed for the worse other than Hoyer...
lichtie23
I can't see the Browns making the playoffs this season. The Colts should beat them on Sunday, then they host the division leading Bengals. They should beat the Panthers but they finish in Baltimore. Even at best I think they will go 2-2 but that's not good enough to make the playoffs

GingerSaint
Quite ironic that he spent his final year in College supposedly mailing it in to avoid injury. Let's hope it doesn't halt his progress much though. I'm sure he'll turn out to be a great player to watch.

Even at best I think they will go 2-2 but that's not good enough to make the playoffs They could easily beat the Bengals, depending on which Andy Dalton turns up. Same rules apply to Baltimore, will it be Joe Flacco that turns up, or Joe Flaccid.
