Slow news day on the Scottish and/or politics desks and the need to fill column inches.

You still haven't explained why Scottish independence would rise to the top in any column inches drought. Because your defence is quite clearly bollocks.

The English are interested in sensationalism about the Scottish independence debate too. It's getting more attention in the UK print media than pretty much any otther single political issue save, perhaps, that incredible broad subject "the global economy".

Evidence for this completely bollocks claim please.

Well with that admission you can now cut the "british family" crap.

Don't be daft Colkitto.

I was waiting for your 'punch line' as it were as it was clear a few posts ago you were leading up to one.

When it arrived it disappointed.

Just how totally and utterly fucking moronic/traitorous are unionists?

"Scottish SMEs are divided on independence"

http://realbusiness.co.uk/article/21378-scottish-smes-are-divided-on-independence

...While 52 per cent of SMEs in Scotland favour Scottish independence, SMEs in the rest of the country are less enthusiastic.

The high propensity of Scottish independence coverage across all political media in the United Kingdom. If it weren't a live issue that they thought drove ratings, circulation and credibility, the UK papers wouldn't cover it. Yet they do. Exhaustively. Why do you think that is?

Seriously though: what's the difference between, say, workers in Britain and those in other parts of Europe etc? And why do the Nordics for example achieve so much more 'alone' than what the UK does?

I would seriously vote for us Scots and other residents in Scotland to go it alone and control our own destiny.

Sadly, the option of self determination isn't there. Oh well......

You're like a broken fucking record.

Just give it up.

Why haven't the BBC (or any other mainstream media outlet) mentioned the fact that a majority of Scottish businesses believe that independence would be a good thing, with barely a third thinking it would be a bad thing?

I 'have' to pay a BBC license fee. Why is this not being covered neutrally? How in the fucking f**k can this be allowed?

Speaking of, are you ready to tell us where you discovered this "FACT" that we would have to join the Euro? Or did you just make that up and pass it off as a "fact"?

The only thing worse than a partisan media is a partisan media that pretends it isn't. That's why we shouldn't have state funded broadcasters.

Article 49 of what? The Daily Mail? Bulgaria joined the EU in 2009, when will they be joining the Euro? If it is a "FACT", why have Bulgaria not joined the Euro?

That doesn't answer my very important question, but thanks for trying at least.
