You still haven't explained why Scottish independence would rise to the top in any column inches drought. Because your defence is quite clearly bollocks. The English are interested in sensationalism about the Scottish independence debate too. It's getting more attention in the UK print media than pretty much any otther single political issue save, perhaps, that incredible broad subject "the global economy".
