We should start having non denominational schools full stop, not ones where a minister comes in and leads prayers and where the teachers teach you hymns and chide you if you don’t join in.

(Tbf don’t recall my high school having any of that pish, just primary).

Or someone who can rise above it and see it for what it is?

He wants to drown denominational kids. Only person allowed to do that is God, and even he spared Noah and somecunt.

This picture acts as a metaphor for Unionism in Scotland. Stupid people living in deprived areas saluting and defending the very establishment which has left them in said deprived area with nothing to show for it.

Pitiful.

The bike in the middle is used exclusively by a grown man for runs to the corner shop to buy fags and crisps

in the east of Scotland they send them off to do it in the middle of nowhere miles from civilisation

This time it was Cowdenbeath

Maybe they wanted to know what life was like in the 17th century.

We need to get denominational schools into the fucking sea

Bigotry starts in the home not in schools. Catholic schools don't produce orange bigots. Catholic schools exist all over the world yet it is only in Scotland and the north of Ireland that hatred of these schools exist. I wonder why?

SNP to blame according to Michael Kelly.

Michael Kelly is as big a cretin as the OO.

You can add James Kelly and Jeanette Findlay into that category too.

My daughters friend from just down the street goes to the catholic school in our area, my daughter doesn't. She has no idea that there are religious/ non-denomination schools she just thinks she goes to a different school.

Bigotry definitely starts (and ends) at home.

Many orange walks down your way, Kincy?

Not celebrating the Williamite revolution with bands and banners is one of the few downsides to living in England's South East, Mozz.  They clearly have forgotten/never known why William crossed the Boyne in the first place and take parliamentary sovereignty for granted.  One saw this clearly over the fragrant Gina Miller/Brexit debate where la Miller rightly sought to ensure constitutional change was the gift of parliament (in keeping with the 1688 revolution) and she received a lot of opposition and abuse from the hoi polloi.

At least Scotland still has a few thousand men and women in loyal orders who have a decent grasp of our constitutional settlement and who love celebrating it in a tuneful and colourful way.
