Union backing for Yes .. Possibly. And why not?

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-scotland-politics-26296632

And Jackson Carlaws chances of promotion go out the window has he backs a currency union. Post Yes mind.

JC was a busted flush under Ruth "weakly weekly" Davidson anyway. Deputy leader was the "putting out to pasture" in this scenario. He'll be gone soon.

Looking forward to seeing this getting spinner into a positive for Better Together.

Could it be another sign though Labour are fucked in Scotland with the union refusing to back them?

It is most certainly a sign that the SNP are now being seen more and more as the natural opponents of the Tories in Scotland. This is where so much of the Labour hatred and vitriol comes from as they see the SNP stealing their birthright.

Civil service union taking a neutral stance which is understandable

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-scotland-politics-26291546

However check the voting breakdown of 23800 votes

The neutral option was backed by 18,025 votes, with 5,775 votes in favour of supporting independence.

No votes were cast in favour of backing a "No" vote in the referendum, which will be held on 18 September.

Been giving this a lot of thought over the past days, I am a Labour voter always have been and always will be, I cannot believe how badly Yes Scotland are doing, surely by having a Government in Westminster we did not elect, that clearly does not care about anything that is North of Watford, is clearly despised by the majority of Scotland, surely they should be making a better fist of it, surely a factor in the timing of the Independence Vote was to take advantage of the unpopularity of the current Westminster Government

Why will you always be a Labour voter? What made you stick with them after they didn't find any WMD's in iraq?

Mainly because I never fancied any of what the others offered me
