I have a new visitor.  Usually the black cats to my garden run away at the first sight of me, but this one just went as far as inviting himself inside for an inspection of my kitchen.  Any ways of telling if he's lost or just an inquisitive handsome beast?  No collar, but it likes rubbing against my leg and making long deep purring noises.

He's obviously just looking around the area to check out the options for when he moves out of the current servant's place.

Apparently black cats are the hardest to adopt.  I know it's mostly down to superstition but I think they're the coolest.
