Poor lad was abandoned & is currently living in a makeshift doll house & being fed by concerned neighbours, who unfortunately can’t take him in as their cat is less than pleased by his existence. Learn the food they are feeding him, and if you want to change it, do it bit by bit to reduce the chance of some accidents (from either end).
