number one wasp
Alloa must be the luckiest team in the league. Pish team who can hardly score a goal a game. Stick ons for bottom next season so better saving your money and sign the cheapest options. Enjoy the playoffs.
big al
3 games into the play offs and I am thoroughly enjoying them. Tomorrow could be different though! Good job its not yourselves in the playoffs or it would be ayr at east end tomorrow.

Good job its not yourselves in the playoffs or it would be ayr at east end tomorrow. We're not in the play-offs though. Ultimately Al, we were better than Cowden over the season. We were never in the bottom two. You were lucky to get as close as you did to us and it only happened because you had the considerable advantage of being able to finish with 3 games against sides who had already downed tools. Despite that, you still couldn't take advantage. Enjoy your day tomorrow.

Im_Rodger
Luckiest? Sorry but luck doesn't go on for a full season, we may not be on par consistency ways as Falkirk, Hamilton, Dundee etc... And will surely be favourites for bottom but it's the points we took from the big teams that counted. Pretty sure we took 9 from Hamilton, 5 from Falkirk and 1 from Dundee so do one. You only took 6 from Hamilton. 6 too many IMO

No other reason why you'd randomly feel the need to share that, almost two weeks after the season's end, and right before your big match against an entirely different team.

Father Barrys Sign (Top Half)
Welcome Cowden into the "Pumping the Pars in the Play-Offs" Club. Full credit to them.

Tamhain
Plus Dunfermline are truly honking. They looked even worse than last year. Think 9th place could keep whoever finishes there next season up. Everyone should be stronger with the extra cash from the bigger crowds, and if the 1st remains the same standard as this season there could be at least 2 part-time teams staying up.
Wilky1878
Heard Alloa are in talks with Stirlings striker Jordan White, the source I heard it from is very unreliable but he was adamant that the contract signing was 99% done anyone else heard this?

Honestly didnt know what was going to happen at east end.we knew if we played well we had the team to do it but we also knew we had the team to be mid table easy and that didnt happen. It just grates with me we didnt finish above yourselves as we had a far superior starting 11.
pencils
Apart from your front two I wouldn't have had any other player from the Cowden team ahead of our best starting 11 last year
Waspie
Apart from your front two I wouldn't have had any other player from the Cowden team ahead of our best starting 11 last year Indeed. In terms of goalkeeper, defence and midfield Alloa were much better than Cowden. Our problem was our lack of quality up front and that's what dragged us down. Conversely, Cowden had an attack far better than anything else in their team and in the end that attack saved them. The rest of their team in general were mediocre. Cowden have a big challenge now to replace those attackers. Similarly, we will most likely have a huge challenge in replacing key men at the back and in midfield. We'll be watching quite different teams next season.
