Maybe, but it's simple reality third is the best Aberdeen can possibly hope to achieve and that's where Aberdeen are. I asked one of those people who seemingly do know what they're talking about above what he thinks McInnes should be doing that he isn't, he wasn't able to name anything, not one thing. I think.that tells its own story.

Training facility called Cormack Park after Cormack took the sulk as it turned out Milne was looking to him to source funding for the full project. Plan is now to stay at Pittodrie. McInnes and Cormack don't get on (a few folk on here have stated this). Eales to eventually run the show here as Cormack has no plans to move back here permanently. Can quite believe that Obvious to anyone from watching their joint interviews that Cormack and Milne don’t really see eye to eye They’re very different people And thank f**k for that

RussellAnderson
I’d kill for that trackie jacket. Takeover huh? Not really sure what it all means, but I’m sure it’ll become apparent soon enough. I fear that the tales of staying at Pittodrie may just be fans getting their hopes up, but certainly it’s much more likely than it was before. I’ve already got pictures of a Vicente Calderon-esque Main Stand with Pittodrie Street running underneath in my head. If they were to chuck a heap of cash at the club, a redeveloped, innovatively designed Pittodrie would be much more useful than an expensive squad IMO. Keep the squad where we are, leave a superb stadium as a legacy, and build from there. Having said all that, I do feel that this is likely to be a Hibs-esque business as usual takeover, with more Jon Gallagher jobbers popping over at odd “Landon Donovan on loan at Everton” intervals. When’s Funso Ojo back?

Thats what it feels like reading the statements. According to Cormacks statement most of the £5m is toward running costs for Cormack park - which is fine, it means its not a drain on BAU football costs. I dont think it feels completely transformational yet, but the Atlanta tie in is interesting.

The zoomers will be expecting big players (in relevant terms) being signed etc but not likely to happen.
