Arbroath 3 Aberdeen 1

Not sure who scored but it was

Woods

Hancock Bates Gallagher Campbell

Mcgeough Jenks Longstaff

Hayes Jet Samuels

We stumble from one farce to another.

Still, Glass has had a vote of confidence from both Cormack & Wicks last night.

Which is a pity.

The farce & experiment needs ending asap & a proper process (one that actually happens!) needs to happen to find a new manager.

I hear we got beat 3-1 by Arbroath in a friendly with a pretty strong side.

The fun continues.

No Lewis, Ramsay, McCrorie, MacKenzie, Brown, Ferguson, Hedges, Watkins & Ramirez so 9 of our strongest X1 not playing…. But yes, a strong enough team not to get beaten by Arbroath you’d think.

Doesn't sound like the “fun” will end, even if we lose to rock bottom Dundee…Cormack & Wicks publicly backed Glass last night.

They should’ve just kept quiet.

Strong side may have been generous, but mostly players who aspire to be in the first XI week in week out.

Cormack will back him until the day he doesn’t.

A 6pm KO on Dundee.

An all day session for a lot of the Dons support next week.

If things go badly, it could turn quite nasty as the players & management make their way down the track towards the away support.

Tbf Arbroath are a cracking side who would beat plenty of sides in this division on a good day.

They're 3rd in the Championship, beat Hamilton 4-0 a few weeks ago, and took us to penalties and shouldve won. You'll struggle to find a better drilled, harder working, side in the Country.

You'd have thought by now Aberdeen fans would be able to look past the name of a club when gauging their quality, but I guess not.

Our youth team beat them less than a month ago...

Yes, I'm aware they had a weakened side...so did our youth team.

Aye. Agreed

Maybe best the Aberdeen chat is left to those that know best… ie Aberdeen fans.

Not those from the “others”

I mean, your U21s didn't beat Arbroaths second string, so not only is an Aberdeen fan wrong about something to do with Aberdeen, it's also entirely irrelevant to what happens in a friendly.

Should Aberdeen beat Arbroath more often than not? Yes.

It is fucking bizarre to claim a weakened side losing to them in a kickabout is a disgrace and using it to prove the manager should be sacked? Also yes.
