He was interviewed not long after the game he scored the winner. He brought it up and said he's been getting slaughtered for the state of it but that he designed it and likes it 🤣🤣

Should have done better with a couple of chances though.

He was probably nervous as it was the biggest game of his life..................

until we play The Spartans next week.

As an outsider, the situation with Duk is really interesting.

While some may say he really had little choice, it takes some guts to turn up at the training ground and face his mates again after going AWOL.  It's also a really good early test of JT's man management.

Ultimately, if he works his way back into the team and gets anywhere close to his form of 2 seasons ago, he'll be a massive asset to an already decent squad.

I'd imagine he'll get a bit of ribbing for the first few days. IF he responds well and is putting the effort in, the rest of the team will know how much of an asset he can be and they'll turn a blind eye.

It’ll take time.

You’d think the likes of sokler, morris, pape, vinnie - guys who have fought really hard to get their chance over the summer and to varying degrees have taken it. I suspect someone is already about to lose their place to nisbet and then clarkson.

Duk then can’t just walk back in and be in the team in a few weeks or these guys will have a right to be pissed off.

I think if after a couple of months he’s clearly at it and he can’t be left out then this becomes easier.

At risk of opening an old debate, the tackle on Sokler against Kilmarnock was covered in Collum's first monthly VAR review. The whole thing is actually a decent listen, but this is the only one of our decisions played.

That is an excellent watch, and whatever you think about Willie Collum, he explains the incidents very well. Also, as I’ve still got a bee in my bonnet about Gordon Duncan not taking over from Richard Gordon, can you imagine Kenny McIntyre having the same cool and calm approach to these incidents? Aye right.

You can tell by watching Gueye play that he is not of the required quality, it's immensely obvious even in the brief glimpses of him we are getting.

Ratioed by the top goalscorer in the Scottish Premiership ATOP (At Time Of Posting).

I am very happy to admit that Mr Gueye is making me look like a fool. I wrote him off too early and he’s leaving me eating humble pie.
The wife and kids tried to warn me but I wasn’t having it

I’ve seen a couple of redtv interviews with pape now and he seems a really likeable guy so it is great to see what’s happening.

Im going to say I’m still not convinced we’re dealing with a great footballer here, but he keeps surprising me. Pace and power can take you a long way in this league.

Yip.

Love the guy but let's hope someone makes a daft offer in the summer as I don't think it's sustainable.
