I'd forgotten all about him tbh. What league are Salford in?

Cheers for the goal at Ibrox Connor, all the best lad.

League 2. He'll be reuniting with Callum Hendry and Stevie Mallan is there too. Sounds like a decent club for him.

If Rubezic signs this week then the centre and right side of defence is looking well sorted.

Left side of defence still needs two players.

That would allow Stewart and Ngwenya to leave on permanent / loan. I'm assuming Mackenzie gets to stay ahead of those two?

That's a good move for Richardson. Morris and Stewart hopefully next.

Morris won’t be going anywhere unfortunately.

Robson has been bigging him up a wee bit pre-season.

Never mind exits. We desperately need a few incoming, especially defensively

Can someone check on @Bogbrush1903, it's been several days since they've been on here slaughtering Barron (who obviously stole his sweeties at some point) and also spewing their negativity.

Thanks for the welfare check; however, I can't remember ever "slaughtering" Barron (perhaps after a poor game maybe?) but I'm fairly non-plussed about the boy.

I'll "spew my negativity" on my 12 hour Megabus journey home from London on Saturday/Sunday.

@lubo_blaha That's a fantastic effort from the fans. Burrows has tweeted the club has requested more tickets.

Regarding the right back position. McCrorie and Richardson out. Dadia and Devlin in. I'd argue we've improved in that department.

Hopefully we'll get some positive news next week regarding two new centre backs joining the club which would allow Stewart to move on.

Apparently Robson plans to play Scales at Left back IF he signs on loan. Does that mean Rubezic and another unnamed centre back to join potentially?

3 at the back means a wing back, not a full back
Scales is no wing back.

We need a new left wing back, & 2 centre halves.

Time is marching on.

Going to Livi with Milne, Devlin & MacKenzie gives me the fear.
That’s (at best), 2 Championship level players in your back 3.

Scott McKenna was a championship level defender before he got a run in the premier.

I'd argue that McKenzie gets into a couple of teams in this division. Eg. Perth still play Considine.

No idea what level Milne's at.

It's sub optimal but i'd rather we took an extra week or two to get the right players.

Is it working, this positivity?

Jack McKenzie can't play LCB in a back 4 can he?

Hes just a very limited full back/LCB in a 3, who'll end up a solid Championship player with potential to be a bottom half player if he improves more than expected, IMO.

McKenzie has played over 50 games at first team level & has not progressed one iota

And even if (massive if) you think he gets a game for a couple of teams in this division, that doesn’t mean he’s near good enough for us

I can see him heading to Dundee once his deal is up. 23 now? Can’t see him pushing on and being the standard of player the club needs
