The weather in Spain is identical to Scotland's too. My only gripe with artificial pitches is players having to miss out playing on them for medical reasons. Until that's resolved then they shouldn't be allowed. Aspiring to the best conditions possible in which to play football. These pitches clearly still cause issues for players (despite huge advances in the technology). When major leagues and tournaments allow it then it becomes an acceptable surface to play top class football.
