They seemed to have kept the same team for about 4 years now have Burnley, both in the Championship and the PL.  If they go up, which they should, they really need to strengthen or they'll end up back where they are right now.

I actually like Dyche as a manager and like the fact that he is brutally honest in his post match interviews.

Admire Burnley for keeping him after relegation - they look like certs to go up now after Boro losing.

Would have said the wee bhitter lemmon but popcorn teeth is not managing a club atm after his sterling 4 wins in 42 matches at Bolton seen him found out.

Cue the "aye well how did he beat barca" shite.

13% possession at home and win = freak result.

Take this fucking shite back to the Old Firm section.

Dyche is a complete w**k, but he does seem a reasonable manager. The spine of their squad has been together for a good bit as you say and is too good for the championship, but not good enough for the premier. They might do ok next season if they invest in a good, premier league tested centre half and midfielder.

As much as I dislike Lennon, it's harsh to say that was a freak result. The plan was obviously to soak up pressure and hope for a chance on the break - they did that. I remember Forster was outstanding that night also.

Count me into the 'good manager, but a dick of human being' camp for Dyche. 6 points clear at the top and on the longest unbeaten in the division (14 games). In fact, in the top 4 leagues, only Wigan have gone more games without defeat.

He gets his groups collective to be better than the reach goal achievement at a superior level to other groups collectives when dealing with challenges and opportunities in the area of on field attainment.

Fixed that for you, Dyche style.

Yeovil manager Darren Way gave the press a slideshow about himself and the club: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/35987827

Perhaps his biggest transgression is the use of Impact font.

"When we came in one day, there was green tape everywhere, a horizontal line of green tape. He said it was for the relegation line - we need to finish above that line.

What a complete fucking jizzcock.
