Andershen
It's hard to get excited about a draw/cup that is so heavily seeded.
HibeeJibee
If the draw were to churn-out a tie involving Kilmarnock and Inverness/Rangers, that would at least mean - by chance - a fair balance in terms of seedings: as had Inverness won they'd have been seeded and Kilmarnock wouldn't whereas had Rangers won they should have been unseeded with Kilmarnock as seeds. It would still have the issue of home advantage, though, which they normally alternate between each tie drawn as I recall.

Slacker
I'd take a crack at Rangers - at home. ETA: If they make it through, of course.

Mr Bairn
Don't see why they can't just draw a seeded club X (Inverness or Kilmarnock) and an unseeded club Y (Kilmarnock or Rangers) with the draw being filled in after the Inverness/Rangers game. Seems a straight forward solution.

Seems a straight forward solution. My guess is their rebuttal of that could be that 2 of the 8 ties would remain unknown until the outstanding match was played. Anyway it has been confirmed on the SPFL website that it'll be a straightforward draw, with Inverness/Rangers considered a seed and Kilmarnock demoted into the non-seeds.
