Robertson looks great and has good technique but influences the game very little. He would have ripped up league 1 in that Falkirk team. I don’t think randomly bringing him in for the toughest games makes a lot of sense. Sharp maybe can reach the level required but he’s never going to get a chance to do that here. Both need a full season of being regular starters at Championship level really, but that division is so cut throat at both ends that finding someone that will give them that chance is a bit challenging. The likes of Airdrie are maybe a decent bet. Exactly this.

DieDee
Really sad for Shaughnessy. Should hopefully lead to a back 4 from now on (and no benching Portales)
Girth
Some 'Scottish' teams sniffing round our Lyall. No thank you.
Ludo*1
Can't see anyone out with the OF having the funds to prize him away tbh. I believe one of Hearts or Aberdeen offered him a PCA last season before he signed a new deal with us so they can look all they like.

Thank you.

Cameron is our best chance at getting some decent money since Jack Hendry. When he signed a deal last year how long was it for? We need to safeguard ourselves as much as possible...

Rugbypark
With all the restrictions round about Dens, is there somewhere reasonable we can park if we arrive an hour before kick off. A while to go, but planning ahead!

Fairmuir Park and Graham Street are other areas. Both probably half a mile from Dens and close to the Kingsway dual carriageway. I’m sure that you can’t park on Dens Road between Dens Park and Frews.

Tam Carsons Neck
Obviously the Dark Side are back in the same league as us next season so done some digging re derby fixtures from the past as knew there was an imbalance. The top 6/bottom 6 split has been on the go since 00/01 season which means there's only 3 Derbies guaranteed. In this time, there's been 9 times when Dundee and Utd have been in the top flight together. As a side note, when Celtic and Rangers and Hibs and Hearts have been in the same league, its been alternated every season re who gets the 1st home game.(which therefore guarantees 2 home games). In seasons 00/01 & 14/15 Dundee have been at home first. In the other 7 seasons(01/02,02/03,03/04,04/05,12/13,15/16 and 21/22)Utd have been at home.7 seasons out of 9. The other season we played in the same division(Championship in Covid season of 19/20),Utd also had 2 home to our 1.(albeit this couldn't be helped, although you would think the next time we were in the same league they would redress the balance.2 years later we were and they never). If this was happening in the 2 other derbies there would be uproar as these games are the biggest earners for both clubs.About time our board grew a set and pointed this out as it's a big deal.Got a feeling it'll be Utd at home first again next season due to the pitch shenanigans.

I knew it had been a bit skewed but that’s ridiculous. Even if it’s replaced with an average game against, say, Hibs, we are looking at easily 4000 less tickets sold. Even if we’d only had 2 extra derbies to bring it up to 4 and 5, that’s potentially £150k-£200k in lost revenue. Imagine what that could pay for, oh yeh, a fine.
