Erm no, the Tele simply repeated a desperate statement by Lockwood, expressing his interest in the role. He didn't make the 'shortleet' though, and was never in contention for the post. I know you may be looking for experience but it's not always the answer.! Just ask Livi and the Pars!! Although the problem isn't always at the managers door.
