The votes aren't opened but due to the ridiculous system of having to register as Republican, Democrat or Independent in the US it'll be clear however many of each have voted. Obviously that doesn't account for people voting against their affiliation but it's a good indicator. As you'd expect with a far superior political machine, Clinton appears to be leading for the most part. North Carolina looks like a tough climb for Trump with Republicans not turning out for early voting in the same numbers as they did for Romney. Remember he has to win either NC or Pennsylvania. It was well known that Qatar and the Saudis were aiding the only effective groups against Assad in their proxy regional war against Iran, namely Al Nusra and IS, at least in the early days. They would have been happy to see the Iran backed Shia led Government in Iraq undermined too. All that came out of Wikileaks was that America were piling pressure on them to stop. Assange is just doing his usual journalistic publish some facts and let people play join the dots and reach a conclusion that is not necessarily the case.
