Maybe they meant competitive wins

Aye, Andorra beat San Marino in a friendly a couple of games ago, it was probably a reference to that.

Commentator said it was their 2nd win in 3 games

They beat San Marino in a friendly in February, drew 0-0 with Faroe Islands in March and then beat Hungary tonight.

3 games unbeaten is very probably a record for them. In fact, even if you're not counting friendlies, it wouldn't be surprising if the current run of 2 competitive games in a row was as well.

It's only their second ever competitive win, the other was 1-0, also at home, against Macedonia in 2006.

Altogether they have two wins and three draws from forty-eight World Cup Qualifiers, but have lost every single one of their fifty European Championship Qualifier matches.
