Just a quick thing I was wondering, can he play in the #10 role (eg the centre of a 3 in a 4-2-3-1)? That's where we played Sam Stanton last season, and he was probably our most impressive outfield player, but we've yet to properly replace him, and I wondered if Johnston could do a similar job. Really good player and really nice guy. I went to school with him and was always completely focused on football. I didn't want him to leave us tbh. I wouldn't play him in the middle though. I doubt we'll be looking to add Ajer again We only really have Daniel Higgins, Broadfoot and Scott Boyd who are proper CBs so I'd be looking to maybe get one or 2 more for cover considering Boyd and Broadfoot are injury prone and Higgins is young. Chris Burke was another and played well,I would sign him now. The young lad from Bolton came on and again looked good.
