jagfox
Samson has left the club.http://www.kilmarnockfc.co.uk/Article?id=2570 A moving tribute from the KFC website. "Kilmarnock FC and Craig Samson have mutually agreed the termination of Craig's contract, which had entered its final season. The club would like to record its thanks to Craig for his dedication and professionalism and wishes him every success in the future." Not a dry eye in the house Where next for the Ginja Ninja?
Quitongo's Left Peg
Alexei Eremenko has joined FF Jaro and missed a penalty on his return home. Also, it is possibly the worst penalty I've ever seen.
Sweet Pete
That's an absolute shocker! Worse than Peter Leven's against Rangers a few years ago.

Cannae be worse than McCoist for us vs Rangers.
Richie95
I don't know if this has been mentioned on one of the many Killie threads but we've signed Swansea City goalkeeper Oliver Davies on loan until January 2016.

Quitongo's Left Peg
Swansea paying his wages unless we play him, and if we do it's £250 pw. Why on earth would Swansea do that? Why indeed. It would literally benefit Swansea in no way. He isn't going to be playing first team football. He isn't likely to play much development league football. He is no longer training with undoubtedly better coaches. The only way Swansea would benefit from this is if the club involved is playing at the very least a % of his wages for the duration of the loan, game time or not.

craigkillie
That's the exact opposite of what Killiesquirrel was claiming. He was claiming that Swansea happily agreed to a deal where we get one of their promising youngsters on loan completely free of charge as long as we don't play him. But if we do decide to play him and thus help his development as a goalkeeper, then we have to pay for that. It would be literally the worst incentive ever.

Well almost. We're paying zero contribution regardless of whether he plays. Living expenses only.

Cille Mhernaig
So he's completely off, then? We're paying for a flat, food and travel plus more if he plays? More than likely a free/heavily discounted room at the Park Hotel with meals in the hotel charged to the room, no travel as he can walk to the ground for training with Swansea paying all of his wages.

Do we still have a connection to a couple of the flats at the Moffatt End? Last I heard an ex manager owned 2 and rented them back to the club. (this could be out of date information though).

Jeffries and Billy Brown owned a couple and rented them to Pascali and Invincible I'm sure, but that was about 5 years ago and I reckon they'll either have sold them or have private tenants in now.
Richie95
I'm pretty sure some are still offered to the players as I remember seeing Westlake and Brennen leave there last season.
